Committee agreed:-
 

1.       that
the Head of Planning and Economy respond to the consultation with
no objection subject to the conditions detailed in the report with
amendment to conditions 2 and 3 to reflect the fact that the
application is for storage rather than electricity generation;

2.       to
request that a briefing note be provided to ISC and GAC detailing
the changes that were made to the application that resulted in the
amended Officer recommendation of no objection to all three
options.
