Councillor Withey declared an interest in item
6 by virtue of having commented on previous phases on the
development and advised that he would leave the meeting and take no
part in the item.
 
Item 10:
•   Councillor Brown declared an interest by
virtue of having participated in River Dee Trust tree planting
events as a member of the Rotary Club of Aboyne and Upper Deeside
and as she may participate in future events. She advised she would
leave the meeting and take no part in the item.
•   Councillor Blackett stated that she had a
connection by virtue of the Convener of the River Dee Trust also
being the convener of the Cairngorms National Park Authority of
which she was a board member; however, having applied the objective
test she concluded she had no interest to declare.
•   Councillor Chou Turvey stated she had a
connection by virtue of having previously attended a networking
event of the River Dee Trust. She clarified she had not been
invited personally or in her role of councillor but was
accompanying another person attending the event. Having applied the
objective test she concluded she had no interest to declare.
•   Councillor Ross declared an interest by
virtue of the Chairman of the River Dee Trust and herself both
being members of the Cairngorms National Park Authority Board. She
advised she would leave the meeting and take no part in the
item.
