1.2       The Committee is
recommended to:
 
Agreed to nominate an Adminstation Group Councillor
as a
Director of the Company, who will serve as a
representative of the
Company on the Board of Management of the LLP; and an
Opposition
Group Councillor as a substituteto represent the Company at
meetings of the Board of Management of the LLP in the
Director’s
absence. The names to be notified in due
course.
