Agreed (1) to hear request to address, and (2)
to defer consideration of the application (a) to allow Members to
visit the site to allow them to view the site for themselves in
terms of what it looks like now and potential for naturalisation,
and (b) to allow for Officers to provide clarity between NPF4 and
LDP in terms of precedence and that this be incorporated into the
report for BAC of 14/11/23
