the Appoined Officer’s Decision to REFUSE Planning Permission
in Princple, for the reasons contained in the Decision Notice
issued on 22 March 2023. The Local
Review Body determined that the proposal would not comply
with Policy R2 of ALDP and Policy 17
NPF4.
