(1)      Apologies from Cllrs Blackett,
Burnett, Hall, Powell, A Simpson, C Simpson and Withey; and
 
(2)      Declarations of Interest
as follows –
 
(i)       Provost Whyte made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 10 as a family member
serves in the Royal Regiment of Scotland (SCOTS) and having applied
the objective test concluded that she had no interest to declare
and would remain and participate in the meeting during
consideration of the item.
(ii)       Councillor Beagrie
declared an interest in Item 15 as Chair of the Peterhead Area
Community Trust, one of the applicants for funding, and would leave
the meeting and take no part in the determination of the item.
(iii)      Councillor Turner made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 15 as a representative on
the Board of Trustees of the Stonehaven Recreation Grounds, one of
the applicants for funding, and having applied the objective test
concluded that he had no interest to declare and would remain and
participate in the meeting during consideration of the item.
(iv)      Councillor Dickinson made
a transparency statement in respect of Item 4 with reference to the
North East Scotland College (NESCOL) as her husband
worked at the College; for Items 4 and 9 with reference to the
Refugee Resettlement Scheme having previously been a host to
Ukranian Refugees; and Item 15 as a
former trustee of the Stonehaven Recreation Grounds and now
attending meetings of the group as an observer and having
applied the objective test concluded that she had no interest to
declare and would remain and participate in the meeting during
consideration of those items.
(v)      Councillor Gifford as a
Member of the Regional Board of NESCOL made a transparency
statement in respect of Item 4 and having applied the objective
test concluded that he had no interest to declare and would remain
and participate in the meeting and in respect of Item 15 declared
an interest on the basis that NESCOL was one of the applicants for
funding, and would leave the meeting and take no part in the
determination of that item.
(vi)      Councillor Evison as Chair
of the NHS Grampian Board made a transparency statement in respect
of Item 5 and having applied the objective test concluded that she
had no interest to declare and would remain and participate in the
meeting and in respect of Item 13 declared an interest and would
leave the meeting and take no part in the determination of the
item.
(vii)     Councillor Agnew made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 15 on
the basis of her husband’s involvement with Stonehaven
Recreation Grounds and having applied the
objective test concluded that she had no interest to declare and
would remain and participate in the meeting during consideration of
the item.
