Having considered the progress made, the AC
agreed (1) in considering the indicators relating to
housing, to welcome Housing’s focus on reducing waiting lists
and the proposal to look at improving ways to market the
Council’s properties, (2) to highlight that it would be
helpful to include a benchmark against the homeless indicator also,
and (3) to continue to receive performance reports
