Having heard from Area Manager agreed
(1) Action 1 – as per Item 6 of Agenda, (2) Action 2 –
no further scrutiny required – remove, (3) Action 3 –
content with interim solution until such point as
the planning delegation can be made in full – remove, (4)
Action 4 – to note verbal updates for a, b and c and to
request a timeline for works in Mintlaw; to note timeline of
January 2024 for Clerkhill; to request
a timeline for participatory budgeting report; and to request that
works not be ‘packaged’ as this can lead to delays for
all projects included in the package; (5) Action 5 - to remain on
to ensure regular updates are provided, (6) Action 6 – retain
(1) and remove (2) and (3); (7) Action 7 – remove; (8) Action
8 – to be updated at BAC of 10/10/23; (9) Action 9 – to
retain (1) and (2) in relation to ‘discretionary housing
payments’ only but to remove reference to ‘modern
apprentices’; (10) Action 10 – remove but advise
Officer that the 8 assigned properties are on Riverside Drive (The
Sheiling Development) not Station Road, Hatton; (11) Action 11
– to note verbal update and timeline of February 2024; (12)
to add timeline column to appendix; (13) Action 13 – timeline
to be added; and (14) Action 14 – to note timeline of
February 2024
