Having considered the fie applications
received, agreed to disburse the remaining £8,517 as
follows – (1) Aden Allotments £2,517, (2) Peterhead
Boys Club £3,000, (3) St Fergus Pitch £3,000, (4) no
award to Blue Skatepark and Strichen Playgroup, (5) to request that
BDP offers assistance to Strichen Playgroup in sourcing funds, (6)
to note that Friends of Aden – who were previously awarded
£4,720 – was not successful in receiving Lottery
Funding and therefore will be requiring their Area Committee
Project Grant Fund, and (7) in light of the advice from Legal
Services in relation to declarations of interest, to request that
the Area Manager allows an opportunity for the AC to review the
process for disbursement of AC Project Grant Funds
