Having noted that the street assessments have
been completed and that no exemptions are proposed within the
Buchan area, agreed to request (1) that the area beside the
Kilmarnock Arms Hotel in Cruden Bay be looked at again in
conjunction with the local Members and Cruden CC, (2) that more
detail and advice in relation to the exemptions be provided to
local Members, and (3) to request further engagement with CCs and
the community in general
