Committee agreed to request that
further information be provided regarding:-
 

·      
Where planning applications that have exceeded the statutory
timescale are recorded Ref 7.1 and 7.2);

·      
The variations of complaints reported to Trading Standards and the
impact they have on stats (Ref 1.4);

·      
Why the threshold for non-household applications is lower and why
there has been a drop in performance (Ref 7.1 and 7.2)

·      
How the use of the computer system for tenant arrears is being used
to assist across other services and whether these figures can be
provided on a Ward basis.
