Committee agreed that authority to
grant Full Planning Permission be delegated to the Head of Planning
and Economy subject to appropriate conditions on the grounds that
the application is not considered to create significant noise
nuisance and would not have a detrimental impact on the amenity of
neighbouring properties.  The
application was therefore considered to comply with Policies P1, P3
and P4 of the LDP and Policies 14 and 23 of NPF4.
