Councillor Brown stated that she
had a connection to Item 6 by virtue of having been contacted by
the landowner associated with the application but had made it clear
she could not lend support or make a decision on the matter before
having heard all the relevant material. Having applied the
objective test she concluded she had no interest to
declare.
 
Councillor Chou
Turvey stated that she had a connection to Item 10 by virtue of
knowing the owner of Potarch Green; however, having applied the
objective test she concluded she had no interest to
declare.
