The Committee noted
the items of outstanding business and further:
 
(a) 
Agreed to discharge Item 1,
(b)  
Instructed the Area Committee Officer to
write to the Director as regards Item 3, as it was not acceptable
that no information had been received. 
A report should come forward to the next meeting on 26 September,
even if its an interim report to explain why there has been a
delay, and
(c)  
Instructed the Area Committee Officer to
seek an update on Items 6 (1) and (2).
