Councillor Johnston, seconded
by Councillor Forsyth, moved that the application be granted in
line with the recommendations within the report.
 

Councillor Stirling, seconded by Councillor Lang,
moved as an amendment that authority to grant Full Planning
Permission be delegated to the Head of the Planning
and Environment Service, with an additional condition
for the provision of a Lighting Strategy.

Therefore, the amendment was carried that authority
to grant Full Planning Permission be delegated to
the Head of the Planning and Environment Service,
with an additional condition for the provision of a Lighting
Strategy.

 
The
Committee instructed the Area Manager to bring forward an informal
briefing session for members, to explore policy and what input is
appropriate at Area Committees, to ensure cognisance is being taken
of local information.
