Declared an interest in Item 7 – he indicated that,
although he has no financial, personal or business connection, as
he is a Director of Social Juice CIC, and an interest has been
expressed in working with community orchards, having applied the
objective test, as this could be interpreted as an interest, he
confirmed that he would leave the meeting for this item and take no
part.
