Cllr Cassie declared an interest in Items 15, 16 & 17 as
Chair of the Audit Cttee & left the meeting for these
items;
Cllr Menard declared an interest in Items 15,
16 & 17 as a member of the Audit Cttee & left the meeting
for these items;
Cllr Whyte declared an interest in Items 15,
16 & 17 as a member of the Audit Cttee;
Cllr Baillie made a transparency statement in
respect of Item 12 as a support worker whose duties required
 interaction with Police Scotland.
Having applied the objective test there was no interest to declared
and he would remain and participate;
Cllr Stirling declared an interest in Item 13 as
a Director of the Board of the Scottish Lighthouse Museum and left
the meeting for this item;
