Item 5 – Cllr
Sullivan intimated that her children go to Portlethen Academy,
however she had applied the objective test and would remain in the
meeting.
 
Item 8 – Cllr
Agnew declared an interest as she is a member of the Woman’s
Bowling Club (located at the Recreation Grounds) and will leave the
meeting for the item.
 
Cllr Dickinson
declared an interest as she was a trustee during the pervious council term when the participatory
budgeting exercise/project were being developed and will therefore
leave the meeting for the duration of the item.
 
Cllr Turner
intimated that he is an observer representing the Council at the
Trustees meetings, however has not taken
part in any of the discussions and therefore will remain in the
meeting.
 

Item 14 – Cllr Dickinson advised that she had a remote link
to the item as she housed Ukrainian refugees between 2022-July
2023, the objective test has been applied and she will remain in
the meeting.
 

Item 17 – Cllr Evison advised she is UNITE Union Member and
Substitute Member of the Aberdeen Trade Union Council however has
applied the objective test and will remain in the meeting.
 

Item 18 - Cllr Evison advised she is a Non-Executive Board Member
and Chair of NHSG, she has applied the objective test and will
remain in the meeting.
 

Item 20 – Cllr Turner advised he has a remote family link to
the Mill of Benholm as his father helped build the Mill, he has
applied the objective test and will remain in the meeting.
