Agreed to approve subject to
the following amendment – (1) in considering the Stage 1
scrutiny report, to note that Communities
Committee and its Member Officer Working Group are undertaking a
review of capital investments and affordability of housing stock
across Aberdeenshire, and in that regard sought no further
assurance; and (2) to request
that Officers provide to Buchan Area Committee Members a Briefing
Note containing a comparison of different heating costs and energy
performance standards to enable Members
to give due consideration to the
issues specific to the Buchan Area before the matter is reported back to Committee so as to
determine whether further scrutiny was required
