Provide the following comments:-

a)      
consideration should be given to identifying any barriers that mean
that the private sector is taking longer to adaptations;

b)      
recognise the particular pressure on Garioch and need to look at
other sources of housing in addition to Section 75 works;

c)       would
like to see some numbers in the top row of table on Page 176.
