Delayed discharge – summary of barriers
and challenges of managing delayed discharges identified at
workshop to be provided to IJB when findings of workshop are
collated;
 
Noted winter planning communications to be
issued jointly across the 3 IJBs and Health Board to ensure
consistency and clarity of messaging;
 
Chief Officer to report back to next meeting
of IJB on Winter Plan arrangements, with multi-agency, cross
service input.
