Councillor Cox declared an interest in Item 7,
(App APP/2022/1962 : FPP  for the for
Erection of 2 Lodges for Short Term Holiday Lets, Site at
Douneside, Banff Bridge, Banff , by virtue of serving on the Banff
Castle Trust with the applicant, Mr. Cheyne.  He indicated that he would withdraw from the
meeting during the consideration of the application and take no
part in its determination.
 
Councillors S Adams and Menard made
transparency statements on Item 10, Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 -
Section 6 and Section 7:  Review of
Aberdeenshire Licensing Board's Statement of Licensing Policy
2023-2028  Consultation with Area
Committees of Aberdeenshire Council, as members of the Licensing
Board, indicating that they would stay in the meeting and take part
in the discussion of and determination of the report.

as a current licence holder, but not actively managing any
premises, in Item 10, Licensing
(Scotland) Act 2005 - Section 6 and Section 7:  Review of Aberdeenshire Licensing Board's
Statement of Licensing Policy 2023-2028
