The Board considered a request by Sergeant
Neil Grant to defer consideration of the item so that he could be
in attendance to speak to the report. 
Constable Dickson having indicated that he was prepared to speak to
the report, The Board agreed to continue to consider the item.
 
The Board noted the terms of the report,
agreed to consider a presentation from the Police regarding the
“It’ll Cost You” Campaign at the Board Meeting on
4th October 2023 and at the engagement planned with the
Licensed Trade.
 
The Board asked for a breakdown of some of the
statistics referred to in the report in relation to the Review of
the Statement of Licensing Policy.
