Declarations of Interest and
Transparency Statements:
 
Councillor Brown declared an
interest in Item 12 by virtue of being a Rotarian and supporting
Tarland Lego Club with a funding application from the Rotary Club
of Aboyne and Upper Deeside and advised that she would leave the
meeting and take no part in the item.
 
Councillor Blackett stated that
she had a connection to item 13 by virtue of involvement with
Braemar Community Housing however having applied the objective test
she concluded she had no interest to declare.
 
Councillor Turvey stated that
she had a connection to Item 11 by virtue of being a member of
Banchory Ternan Rotary Club which had helped Play for All Banchory
through the Affa Fine Market however
having applied the objective test she concluded she had no interest
to declare.
