Comments to Officer Review Group/Business
Services Committee:
1. Concern about the cost
for community groups of installation and the requirement for
installation by the Council’s contractor; not allowing
community groups to procure installation at their own rate or works
to be done as an in-kind donation.
2. Concern about
additional cost for community groups associated with the proposed
requirement for branding the PAD and/or erecting signage.
