To undertake additional scrutiny in relation
to the use and interpretation of national guidance/policy in the
Marr Area in cases where the Council did not have its own policy or
incorporated national guidance/policy into Council policy, where
national guidelines could be open to interpretation or allow
flexibility to deviate at local level, particularly in terms or
Roads and Education policy.
