and having applied the objective test concluded he had no interest
to declare.

husband worked at the College but having applied the objective test
concluded she had no interest to declare.

Powell made a transparency statement as an employee of the teaching
agency for NESCOL and having applied the objective test had
concluded she had no interest to declare.
