The Marr Area Committee decided to approve the Asset Transfer Request from Banchory Outdoor and Active on 18 August 2026. The committee agreed to request that the Head of Property and Facilities Management enter into negotiations with Banchory Bowling Club for a lease. The transfer will be subject to Banchory Outdoor and Active providing evidence of secured capital fundraising for 100% of Phase 1 costs within 18 months.
