Decision

Cllr Petrie declared interests in (1) Item 12 by virtue of owning a property within the area which was proposed for removal from the Huntly Conservation Area and (2) Item 16 by virtue of knowing the applicant. She advised that she would leave the meeting and take no part in those items.

Councillor Blackett stated that she had a connection to Item 8 by virtue of being a board member of the Cairngorms National Park Authority and having sought advice on the policies relevant to the application for clarity purposes. Having applied the objective test, she concluded that she had no interest to declare.
