Decision

In accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following declarations were made:

Item 6

Councillor Cassie declared a transparency statement by virtue of being a member of the Integrated Joint Board. 

Councillor Bell declared a transparency statement by virtue of being a non-executive member of the NHS Grampian Board.  

Item 8 & 9

Councillor Cox declared a transparency statement by virtue of his association with the Banff Castle Association and its application for funding.  However, he concluded that as the reports did not relate to agreeing applications there was no interest to declare, and he would therefore remain in the meeting. 

Item 9

Concillor Sutherland made a transparency statements in relation to an application from AOG Cairnbulg, with which a family member is involved.  However, he concluded that as the report did not relate to agreeing applications, there was no interest to declare, and he would therefore remain in the meeting.
