The Board decided to proceed with the hearing
in the absence of the Licence Holder.
 
Having heard from the Licensing Standards
Officer the Board deferred further consideration of the review
application until the April Board Meeting on 20th April
2024 to allow the Licence Holder more time to pay the annual
fee.
 
Officers instructed to continue liaising with
the Licence Holder to offer assistance where possible.
