Agreed to Grant Full Planning Permission
subject to amendment of condition 1 - whereby planning
permission is granted for a temporary period of 5 years from the
date of the decision. Committee agreed the additional 2 years
would allow additional time for the applicant to establish the
business and provide a permanent planning application which fits
with policy.
