Cllr Menard – Declaration
of Interest Item 6 – APP/2022/3000 - Full
Planning Permission for Erection of Supermarket, Including Cafe,
Petrol Station, Car Parking and Associated Works, Vehicular Access
and Landscaping, Canal Park, Banff Canal Park – as
having submitted letter of representation, before he became a
Councillor.  He would leave the meeting
and take no part in the determination of the matter.

Declaration of Interest – Item 10 (CCF) as a Board member of
the applicant.  Would leave the meeting
and take no part in the determination of the matter.

Statement re Item 10 (CCF) – associated with Banff Castle
which is used as a venue by the applicants, the Foyer- but having
applied test would stay in the meeting and take part in the
