Having considered the 20mph limit and
associated issues contained in the petition with respect to
Aberdeenshire Council’s existing Speed Limits Policy,
Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 and Road Traffic Act 1988, agreed to
note that Aberdeenshire Council will be working to implement
Scottish Governments national 20mph programme by 2025 and that
specific proposals are still being developed
