Agreed (1) to hear request to speak, and (2)
unanimously that there was not sufficient information to allow
Members to form a decision and to defer consideration of the
application to allow the Applicant/Agent to submit to the Planning
Service clarification in relation to (a) succession timeframe plans
(b) the need for an essential worker (c) ownership of the
semi-detached cottages, and (d) the viability of the business; to
allow the Planning Service to assess and report back, and in order
to eliminate any confusion as referred to at paras 6.9 and 6.10 of
the report
