Grant on the grounds that the
proposal complied with (1) Policy R2 of the LDP as the building was
not considered to be of a domestic nature and was appropriate for a
countryside setting and (2) Policy 7 of NPF4 and Police HE2 of the
LDP as it would not have a detrimental impact on the Conservation
Area.
