Grant on the grounds that the contribution to
renewable energy, in terms of Policy 11 of NPF4 and Policy C2 of
the LDP, was considered to outweigh the impacts on the Conservation
Area, which were not considered to be significantly detrimental, in
terms of Policy 7 of NPF4 and Policy HE2 of the LDP.
