Purpose

This report details requests for funding that
have been received for consideration by the Committee.

Content

The Committee agreed to
award:
 
(i)       
£5,000 to Friends of the
Den, towards the
extension of the current    CCTV
system in the area, down to the Haughs, to cover the two
        
entrances to the Den, the playpark and the car park areas.
 This          award
had previously been granted for 2023-24 but did not meet the
  spend deadline, due to circumstances
outwith the control of the applicant,

 

(ii)       £80 to Tarves Heritage
Centre, towards
promotional materials.      This was the final portion of an award
that had previously been granted   
for 2023-24 but did not meet the spend deadline, due to
circumstances    outwith the
control of the applicant, and
 

(iii)     £1,644 to Udny Climate
Action, towards
their project to engage with householders
in the Udny area, to enhance their understanding of what
      retrofitting
their homes and installing renewable energy heating systems would
mean for them in practice
