The following comments were made for
consideration:
 

a)   
It would be helpful for communities to have a clear distinction
between the framework and the operational plan,

b)   
In noting all the work that’s been carried out engaging with
our communities, it would be useful to know where the current gaps
lie in coverage for resilience, and

c)   
It was noted that simply being neighbourly was also helpful as part
of the framework.
