The Board decided to proceed with the hearing
in the absence of the Licence Holder.
 
Having heard from the Licensing Standards
Officer the Board made a finding that the licence holder was in
breach of a mandatory condition of licence and determined that
there be a suspension of the premises licence until the annual fee
is paid with a long stop date of 19th June 2024
