Delegate authority to grant Full Planning
Permission as a departure from Policy H2: Affordable Housing of the
Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan 2023 on the grounds that the
proposal was for staff accommodation which could be controlled by
planning condition, subject to the payment of developer obligations
within a period of six months or an alternative period to be agreed
with the Planning Service, and appropriate conditions.
