Declarations of Interest:
 
Councillor Nicol declared an
interest in Item 10 by virtue of being a parent of a primary 7
pupil in an Aberdeenshire school seeking an out of catchment
placement request. Having applied the objective test Councillor
Nicol concluded that she would leave the meeting and take no part
in the determination of the item.
 
Councillor Gifford made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 13 and 14 by virtue of
being a Regional Board member of the North East Scotland College.
Having applied the objective test Councillor Gifford concluded that
he would remain and participate in the meeting during consideration
of these items.
 
Councillor Stelfox made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 9 by virtue of being
employed by the University of Aberdeen, working in the School of
Medicine. Having applied the objective test, Councillor Stelfox
concluded that he would remain and participate in the meeting
during consideration of the item.
