Purpose

To provide the Garioch Area Committee with an
update on progress in relation to Business Services performance
indicators which support the Council Priorities 2022-27.

Content

Committee:-

 

1.      
requested that a list of the assets in Garioch along with the
condition/suitability be provided;

 

2.      
provided the following comments to the Director for consideration:-

 

         
a)       The
Service should continue to seek and provide more area     specific information;

 

b)      
consideration should be given to lowering the target for Processing
of Housing Benefit Claims;

 

c)       PIs
for crisis grants should be reviewed to provide a relevant
performance related measure and a target set;
