Agreed (1) to delegate to
HofP to Grant Full Planning Permission
subject to standard planning conditions and such conditions as may
be imposed as requested by consultees, (2) having heard from the
Agent that there is still evidence of the buildings previously
approved for demolition, that the proposed site is brownfield and
therefore does not contravene National Planning Framework 4 Policy
17 Rural homes and LDP R2 Policy R2 Development Proposals Elsewhere
in the Countryside, and (3) having concluded that in the opinion of
the Committee the site is brownfield, the second reason for refusal
is now obsolete
