Purpose

The report will provide members with an update
on progress with works in 2023-24 and details of proposed works in
2024-25.

Content

Agreed to advise ISC that BAC approved the
proposals as detailed in the various appendices.
Further agreed (1) to highlight that the
proposed works at Nether Aden Road, Mintlaw, should be a priority
consideration, (2) to request that a copy of the document which
outlines the costs for maintaining the Council’s complete
network be provided to BAC Members, (3) that Officers provide local
Ward Members with the detail of the works being undertaken to
footpaths at Burnside Estate, Mintlaw, and (4) that Bishops Bridge,
Cruden Bay, be placed on the Outstanding Statement and that
Officers be asked to provide an update in respect of what type of
repairs were recently carried out
