Committee agreed NOT to agree the proposed
Masterplan for Conglass (OP15) on the
grounds that, having taken into account the specific
characteristics of the site, it doesn’t comply with the open
space requirement of Policy P2 of the Aberdeenshire Local
Development Plan 2023.
