In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following statements were made:
 
Item 4 – Councillor Dickison made a
transparency statement by virtue of having previous engagement with
the applicant at Church. Having applied the objective test, she
concluded that as the connection was so remote she had no interest
to declare. 
 
Item 8 - Councillor Dickison made a
transparency statement by virtue of being a Councillor has attended
some of the applicant’s AGMs and meetings. Having applied the
objective test, she concluded that she had no interest to
declare. 
 
Item 8 – Councillor Carr made a
transparency statement by virtue of knowing some members of the
Portlethen Allotment Association. Having applied the objective
test, he concluded that he had no interest to declare.
