Decision

In accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following declarations were made:

Item 6

Councillor Bell made a declaration on the basis that she had been unable to attend the site visit.  She confirmed that she would not participate and would leave the meeting whilst the item was being considered. 

Councillor J Adams made a transparency statement on the basis that he had not attended the site visit.  He confirmed that he had sufficient information to take part in consideration of the item.  Councillor J Adams left the meeting for this item. 

Councillor Sutherland made a transparency statement on the basis that he had been unable to attend the site visit.  He confirmed that he would not participate and would leave the meeting whilst the item was being considered. 

Item 7

Councillor Reynolds made a transparency statement on the basis that he had been unable to attend the site visit.  He confirmed that he would not participate and would leave the meeting whilst the item was being considered. 

Councillor J Adams made a transparency statement on the basis that he did not attend the site visit.  He confirmed that he had sufficient information to take part in consideration of the item. 

Item 8

Councillor J Adams made a transparency statement on the basis that the proposed site was the adjacent field to where he resided.  Having applied the objective test, he concluded that he would remain and take part in the determination of the item.

Item 12

Councillor Cox made a transparency statement by virtue of his association with the Banff Castle Association and its previous applications for funding. He concluded that as the report did not relate to the approval of applications, he had no interest to declare and would remain in the meeting and participate in the consideration of the item. 

Item 13

Councillor Cox made a transparency statement by virtue of his association with the Banff Castle Association and the public consultation to be held there.  He concluded that he had no interest to declare, and would remain in the meeting and participate in the consideration of the item.
