Purpose

This report presents the final update to the
Infrastructure Services Committee on progress to date towards the
actions listed in the Carbon Budget 2023-2024 that were agreed by
Aberdeenshire Council on 9 March 2023 (Item 5) for Environment and
Infrastructure Directorate.
