The Chair asked Members if they
had any interests to declare, in terms of the Councillors’
Code of Conduct.
 
Councillor Whyte made a
transparency statement in relation to items 5 and 6 on the agenda
by reason of being a trustee of an organisation that provides
independent advice and advocacy with self-directed support but, not
being on the operational side of that and, having applied the
objective test, she would remain and participate in the
consideration of the items.
